Driving Experience Japan Expired and Rotated Codes

Driving Experience Japan does not publish a graveyard of dead codes. As of September 2026, public trackers still list almost the entire backlog as working, including 2025 seasonal strings. That is not how this game actually behaves. Medium and large updates — Kyoto revamps, Hakusan drops, V1.3’s 116-car dump — routinely kill older codes while leaving the newest description strings alive. This page is the rulebook for deciding when a code is gone, not a fake table of dates we cannot prove.

Start from the working codes hub. The only strings we treat as confirmed live are the three on the official V1.3 Roblox description: DEJPSEPT2026, HAPPY10MVISITS, and ROADTO40KMEMBERS. Everything else is tracker-listed. Redeem those first. Only after the HUD says Invalid, and you have ruled out a typo, should you treat a string as expired.

How DEJP code rotation actually works

RayshStudios ships codes for visits, favorites, likes, group members, staff birthdays, holidays, rallies, and apology patches. The live description is the source of truth for the current trio. Trackers scrape Discord and old lists and rarely delete a row. After V1.2 (Hakusan, 54 cars) and V1.3 (116 cars, NightRace banner, Kameoka expansion, touge events, kilometer and level rewards), players reported older monthly codes failing while new dated strings still paid.

That pattern matters more than any “expired on” column. If a code contains 2025, a finished rally phase, or a visit count the game has already passed (3M, 7M, 8M while the description now celebrates 10M), expect Invalid. If a code is a fresh birthday or ROADTO string that still matches a goal on the group page, it may still pay. Neither guess beats the trophy UI.

Codes are case sensitive. Redeem them with the trophy walkthrough. Duplicate cars auto-sell for Yen, which can look like a “failed” car code when you already own the 2004 Tokoma Dyna from 3KLIKES.

Invalid versus Already Redeemed

Read the exact HUD line. Do not screenshot a tracker and argue with the game.

Invalid means the server rejected the string. Typical causes:

• Typo, extra space, or wrong case (dejpsept2026 instead of DEJPSEPT2026).
• The code never existed (a YouTube thumbnail invention).
• The code existed and was turned off after a patch.
• You pasted a Discord invite, an Instagram handle, or a group shout instead of a code.

Already Redeemed means this Roblox account already used a string the server still recognizes. That is a success in the past, not an expiry. A friend on another account can still try it. Do not add Already Redeemed codes to a mental expired list or you will tell new players the official trio is dead.

If you get no message, the trophy field did not take focus. Close the dealer, Lucky Box, or job tablet, click Enter Code Here, and redeem once. A stalled six-player Kyoto server can eat a paste; rejoin and try once more before you declare the code dead.

What trackers still fail to mark expired

We keep that full set on the active codes table with a “redeem soon” warning instead of pretending we watched every string die. When you personally get Invalid on a clean paste, treat it as expired for your session and skip it next time. If the official description trio returns Invalid, the page is stale and you should look at patch notes the same day.

What to do with Yen after a code dies

Do not stall progression waiting for a 7.5 million string to return. Delivery pays about 400,000 Yen per stop. Farmer unlocks at level 25 on Kameoka. Hakusan touge race events and NightRace gashapon are extra sinks and sources, not code replacements. Normal Lucky Box rolls cost 750,000 Yen with a 35-roll cap; the free box resets around 8pm JST. The game released 7 December 2023, remains labeled beta, and runs online on six-player servers. It is not single-player-only and not split-screen. Codes will keep rotating for as long as that beta tag stays on the Roblox page. Check the description, then this wiki, then Discord — in that order — whenever a new car dump lands.
