This page sorts those sources so you do not spend a first-hour Yen stack on an F-tier trap that looks like S in a thumbnail.

Where limited cars actually come from
Dealership limiteds. Kyoto lots rotate short-stock badges. Some need the Driving Experience Japan group. Others sit behind Luxury or Sports passes. A one-month window does not make a car fast. It makes the car scarce. Buy these when the chassis already fits your loop — a limited kei truck for Farmer is smarter than a limited coupe you will garage.
Limited bundles. V1.2 and V1.3 both shipped bundle packages. Bundles are the F-tier trap for new accounts: a painted halo car, a fat Yen price or Robux tag, and no replacement plan. They can be S-looking garage flex if you already own a courier van and a Hakusan spare. They are never a first purchase. If the bundle is the only car you can afford, it is F.
Hidden dealers. Community footage and founder clips show Pagani-class hypers and Toyota-halo stand-ins that never sit on the normal Tokoma-Reaxus apron. The 787B, GR-GT, and LFA group in the video on this page is the pace-car fantasy for Hakusan touge. Treat hidden dealers as endgame hunts. Do not wander Kyoto asking every NPC for a Pagani until you know the current map rotation from maps.
Lucky Box prizes. Two Hiace vans at spawn. Free box, 750,000 Yen box, elite Robux box. Pity arrived in v1.1.5. V1.3 refreshed prizes again. A Lucky Box unique can be S if it is a scarce sports shell. It can also be a duplicate daily. Never sell your only work car to roll. Use the Lucky Box tool for pity notes, then come back here to rank whatever dropped.
Code cars. Working codes mostly pay Yen. Some strings gift vehicles. The 2004 Tokoma Dyna Truck 2.8L Cargo from 3KLIKES is the famous commercial drop — C-tier workhorse, not a touge weapon. Other codes have gifted retro kei pieces such as a Sanziky Cervo. Redeem live codes first. Confirm dead strings on expired codes so you do not sit in the trophy UI guessing.
Race and NightRace rewards. Hakusan touge events in V1.3 pay reward cars. NightRace gashapon and nightrace banners sit beside that loop. These are the healthiest S-tier path: you already drive, you already know the mountain, and the car arrives as a trophy for skill rather than a bundle invoice. Bring an A-tier sports car you can replace, not a hidden hyper you cannot.
S, A, and F inside the limited shelf
Scarcity is not a handling stat. Rank limited cars with the same four questions as the hub: value, job utility, Hakusan grip, obtainability.
S — pace cars you cannot restock. Hidden-dealer hypers, 787B / GR-GT / LFA-class showpieces, and Hakusan event rewards that actually hook the mountain. You take these out on a six-player night run after the job car is parked. You do not courier in them. You do not Farmer in them. S means “this is the touge stickers on the windshield,” not “this prints Yen.”
A — limited sports that you could have bought as regulars. Some dealership limiteds are just timed Honard or Starl sports trims. If the chassis is already A on the open lot, the limited paint does not promote it to S. Buy the regular A-tier if the timer is a tax.
C — limited commercials and kei. A timed Densu kei truck or a code Dyna is still a job tool. Limited wrapping does not make a truck a pace car. Keep it in the work fleet. That is a win.
F — bundle traps and panic buys. Any package that costs your entire code stack, any Robux bundle you cannot duplicate, any Lucky Box paid spin that would cancel Farmer unlock — F. The car might be fast. The purchase is still a trap for a new driver.
Reaxus luxury limiteds sit in a gray band. They photograph like S and drive like expensive B on Hakusan if the weight is wrong. Flex in Kyoto city if you enjoy the badge. Do not confuse a Lexus-class lounge with a touge weapon.
How to hunt without going broke
- Own a replaceable daily from the beginner list.
- Finish taxi, courier, or Farmer until Yen regenerates while you sleep on the idea of a bundle.
- Skim changelog after every V-number. Bundles, Lucky Box prizes, and Hakusan rewards move.
- Spin free Lucky Box only, unless 750,000 Yen is truly spare.
- Drive Hakusan events for reward cars before you open hidden-dealer rumors.
- If a founder clip shows 787B paint, use it as a pace target. Do not use it as a shopping list.
Kilometer rewards and level rewards from V1.3 give you a reason to drive the car you already have. Limited hunting is a side quest. The vehicle catalog tells you which fake badge — Tokoma, Honard, Naisen, Densu, Starl, Reaxus — you are actually staring at so a limited Tokoma halo is not mistaken for a Reaxus lounge.
Join the Discord for restock calls, but buy on your own timer. Six-player servers do not need another crashed bundle car blocking the plaza.
